This is it!

So this is coming out on the 28th and I am fairly sure its a 2 week worldwide release which will be coming out at 4 AM here in the UK.

Will anybody being seeing this? At release also? I myself will probaly not watch it but it looks good, I'm not sure what to expect from this but I have heard it is geared towards being a documentuary.

Also there is expected to be a 20£ ticket in which you get some MJ merchandise like a T-Shirt etc.

I also made a bet that first week takings for a movie theater on MJ and New Moon.. I put my money on new moon taking more, what do ya think?

I'm not going to see it, but if I were, I wouldn't see it in theaters. There would probably be too many distractions and morons there to make it an enjoyable experience.

Seriously more Michael Jackson stuff? Can't people move on? He was a great entertainer but also a pedophile who is now dead. Big whoop.

Opinion != Fact

I won't be seeing it, just because I'm not entirely interested in it, also its kind of sadistic the level of capitalism a death has inspired. Most people get movies made after them a decade later, or maybe a few years, we're talking months of production and its already out.

Huh? Other than my comment that he was a great entertainer I don't think there was an opinion in there. And I didn't even claim that as fact.

"also a pedophile" is an opinion presented as fact.

Personally, I don't think 'pedophile' is a word that can be expressed as an opinion.

People need to stop giving a rat's ass about Michael Jackson. Nobody is as important as he has been made to be in the past 4 months.

I'm not bothered about seeing it. My girlfriend wants to see it. Ergo I may well end up seeing it.

Sure, I can appreciate his music once in awhile but I would never claim to be a fan. Honestly, I think it's ridiculous how popular he became now that he is dead as opposed to when he was alive. Like Grave_Digger, everyone just casted him off as a pedophile. Now, more and more of those people are trying to redeem themselves by posting rememberance statuses on Facebook or going to see this movie. I can't say whether or not he was guilty, but regardless, the fact that he's dead doesn't change my feelings about him. I wouldn't go see him in concert (even before the scandals) and I certainly wouldn't be going to watch this movie.

Well the film was released, many staff today had the oppotunity to see it and did, most people that commented towards me told me it was average.

I wont go to see it myself.. considering I just ran out of Couples Retreat 2 mins in. (I Have issues with the movies)

Jimi Hendrix, Cliff Burton, Eric Carr, 99% of Lynard Skynard, Tupac... it's not overly surprising.

I heard some reactions on the television that it is amazing how MJ stayed a normal friendly person. I think he was crazy with an abnormal hunger for screaming fans. His music was fantastic and his presentation on stage was also great. However, these things, like a movie, after his death is nothing but merchandising and helping a dead person out of his debts. Debts caused by an addiction for buying stuff that a person really doesn't need. I am not going to buy a ticket to see this movie, which is by the way just copy+paste short pieces of films altogether.

It's just pathetic how people change their opinions when a person dies, like they forget about all the rumours, trials, interviews etc.

If you're a fan of MJ you definitely should go, other fans turned out in huge numbers this past weekend: http://www.fandango.com/%60thisisitt...wide/news/4200

Coupled with the good reviews it was getting, I think it's worth it.

I went to it opening night, and I loved it. It's a shame that MJ had died, because that would have made for one amazing show.
