Hiya...I was wondering if there's a way to make it, so you can just use the directional pad on any game being played instead of the little joystick? I couldn't find anything under options during a game, so is there another way? Just don't like the joystick, d=pad is so much more controllable...thanks!

No, unless there's a specific setting for the game (the vast majority don't) you can't simply decide to use the D-Pad instead of the stick. Sorry, but you're just going to have to use the stick.

Besides, the GameCube controller's D-Pad isn't a very good D-Pad.
