If you have anything else to play GBA games or do not care about GBA games, go for it.
Otherwise, no.

I think it's worth it. I did it a 3-4 weeks ago. DSi ware is great. I have a GB Micro though so no worries for me about playing old GBA games.

I won't be doing it personally until they make some must have DSiWare games and some form of the virtual console on there. I would love to be able to play any NES SNES game on the go if I had the chance too... Downloadable content is going to make or break the DSi for most gamers.

Depends on the features
Ding so would need some looking at. The DSi comes with plenty of new features. The camera, Inter-Tubes with-out the GameCard, recording capabilities, DSi Shop and DSi Ware, more brightness settings for longer off charger power, bigger screens and the ability to use a SD Card and play music or to open up more memory space. There are some down-sides to it too. Some DS games can't be played, but most can. New charger, no more GB or GBA games and the fact that the memory on the DSi itself without a SD Card can't hold even one downloaded game or three songs. I talked to my friend's mom, who said that he doesn't use most of the features and that made it a waste of money. It would have to depend on what features you would use and how frequently or in-frequently you would use them. I got it and use everything on it, so me and my parents agree that it wasn't a waste of money. I hope my reply can help you with your decision.

WRONG!!!
That's not true. The DSi's memory is much larger than any previous DS. While it can't hold songs w/out an SD card, that has nothing to do with memory. It just won't let you. And as for games, you can download plenty, especially since a lot of the games are tiny. Not to mention, there's no way that Nintendo would be stupid enough to put that little memory in there, especially since as of yet you cannot play downloaded games directly from SD cards.

In my opinion the DSi is not worth it...I see no reason to upgrade.

With no GBA slot, that was going to be a given... I'm closing this thread now though because that last post was SPAM.
