I need a new game

I have COD: RtV, GTA: LCS, R&C: SM, and SP: E.
I need something fun and long-lasting.

You can try one of the Monster hunter games. They have Monster Hunter Freedom 1 and 2 and I think Freedom Unite is coming out soon if it's not already out. If those don't do it for you, I know it might seem childish but you can try one of the Yu-Gi-Oh GX Tagforce 1 or 2. I know I have had fun with both series that I have mentioned. Both are time consuming and fun in my opinion. If I can think of more I'll let you know.

How does FF Tactics and Monster Hunter play? Are the FPS, or are they Third person swordf fights?

Monster Hunter is considered 3rd person I think. But it's not just sword fights you get a variety of weapons. You go out and hunt monsters and gather materials from the world and the monsters you hunt to make equipment, and the further you progress the bigger and harder they get and if you have any friends and they have it you can get together with up to 4 people on ad-hoc. FF tactics I cant really describe as it's been a long time since I've played but if I'm correct you have a bunch of different units and you control each one individually over a grid based battle field to defeat your enemies.

Ok, if FFT is a grid based thing, it's a definite no for me. I"ll be sure to check up on Monster Hunter though. when does the new one come out?

I personally recommend Crysis Core: Final Fantasy.. it is unlike every other Final Fantasy game on the fact that it is action based and not turn-based.. there are a ton of side missions and you can get tons of hours out of the game.

Ok I know for a fact Monster Hunter is NOT turned based. I also know that the newest one is out already. God of War is a good game but it is not very time consuming. Rock Band Unplugged is alright although I would stick to a console version for Rock Band and same with Web of Shadows. As for Crysis Core FF I might have to check that one out myself.
