Just got a N64.

I need help finding a good game for the N64 the only game I have rite now is Oot the legend of zelda.Do you have any good games in mind. thank you

Ah! The only problem with the question is finding where to start, as there are lots of great games!

Let's start by going off the game you already own. If you're enjoying it, I would highly suggest Majora's Mask. Of course, you could choose from the following that I pulled off the top of my head.

Goldeneye
Rogue Squadron
Megaman 64
Harvest Moon 64
Maro Kart 64

Just let us know what kind of games you are in to and there will be plenty of suggestions.

I don't know anything about RPG's so I'll let someone else post those.
As for racing games... you've got a good number of them; Beetle Adventure Racing (trust me, it's a damn fun game), Mario Kart 64, San Francisco Rush 2049, F Zero X, and Hydro Thunder (it's better on the Dreamcast however) are the ones I personally recommend.

I've heard that the Nintendo 64 had only two RPGs, Quest 64 and Aiden Chronicles: The first mage. I read somewhere that niether was very good. I don't know about Aiden Chronicals, but I've rented and played Quest 64. Quest 64 makes Superman 64 and Aquaman look like excellent games. Q64 was a waste of money, it had primitive looking graphics and most enemies (even bosses) were pushovers to defeat.

LOL you need to check your sources sir. Ogre battle 64 is good, Paper Mario is fantastic, Gauntlet was fun...if you have friends. The N64 was pretty weak when it comes to RPGs though.

Heh, it's not often you get to play a 2D Side Scrolling RPG. Even if it is turn based RPG, that's definitely a good choice for the N64.

It's a shooter, but I'm surprised no one has mentioned Perfect Dark. That game was awesome. Army Men: Sarge's Heroes is really fun, and I would definitely agree that Goldeneye is worth getting even if it isn't your favorite type of game. Excitebike 64 isn't bad. I loved Castlevania 64, but some people don't. Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is also awesome, but definitely locate a strategy guide for it if you get it, because it is tough without one.
