Do you still own a Genesis?

Question is simple, I actually own two of them, one my Dad won when they first came out and the other I got from my uncle when he gave me a whole bunch of random electronic stuff. The one is a regular, and I still play on it, and the other is some High-Def one which I don't play on.

So, you still the owner of a Sega Genesis?

Yes I am, and proud of it! I've got Sonic 1, 2, 3, Spinball, S&K, Tecmo RBI Baseball '94, Acclaim NFL Quarterback Club, Acclaim NFL Quarterback Club '96, and a Tecmo NBA game whose name I can't remember off the top of my head. I think that's it but not sure completely.

Yes, I do, but I don't play it anymore. It's still hooked up to an old TV, so I can take a nostalgia trip very easily if I want to do so.

I do, but I don't use it anymore because it's missing cables that I cannot find. I've also had problems with the system even turning on in past too. I was going to get rid of it but since there are a couple games for it that I would like to play here and there, I decided I'd keep it.

I don't play mine often either but sometimes I'll get the itch to play Sonic or baseball and flip it on. Heck, doing that over the past couple years has allowed me to go back and beat most of the Sonic games again... and Spinball for the first time (could never best that final level!).

I just play the GameCube compilation Sonic Mega Collection on my Wii.

Especially those of us who's most recent game system is the original DS Games I actually play: RBI Baseball 4, Sonic 2, NHL '93, NBA Jam. Love all of those games. It's kind of saddening cause all I have is sports games, minus Sonic 2 and Lion King.

I still have mine...pop in golden axe, toe jam and earl, sonic 2 and 3, TMNT and NBA Jam from time to time...fun times

mine is in my closet, i have a huge bag full of games that i bring to my grandmas house to play on her genesis, i prefer the sega over the xbox she has over there

I got the model 2 Genesis I got off ebay thinking I'd be getting a Model 1 (has headphone jack). As for the games, I got the Sonic trilogy (minus Spinball and 3D Blast), Golden Axe 2, Street Fighter 2, Toejam and Earl, Zero Tolerance, and like 30 others (even though some of them either I suck at or are just crap). I might be trading my Model 2 for my friend's Model 1, or hacking my model 2 to be able to use a headphone jack.

I still got my Genesis and I love it. Games that I recently finished are Beyond Oasis and YS III. There are other games that are like one of my life goals to beat. For example CHAKAN THE FOREVER MAN!!! Anyone who has played this will know what I mean when I say it so DAMN HARD. I like the alchemy thing though. I haven't beaten any Sonic game (I know it's a shame) but I'm working on it. I did manage to achieve Super Sonic in Sonic 2 ( a great achievement for me!). Is that the only game with a super sonic???

No, Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles both have Super Sonic. Sonic 3 & Knuckles has Super Sonic and Hyper Sonic.

I do still have my Sega systems(one of each generation) but really only pull out the 3rd generation once in a while for Pirates Gold.....other than that I have been selling off all my other games on ebay....I was up to over 400 games and now only have about 120 left.....with game emulation what it is anymore there isn't much point keeping this stuff anyway
