Ancient History- Panzer General.

I found an old copy of Panzer General in the 3nd hand store and managed to get it runing after a week r so of futility. Did anyone else play this series? I also have Panzer General 2 and 3 and Peoples General.

Also does anyone know how to create elite units (overstrength) on the deployment screen. Used to be able to do it on the PS1 version but I don't know how on the PC version and I'm about to invade France.

I still have Allied General hanging around, which I think is PG2. I'm not sure if the mechanics changed, but making overstrength units in Allied General was accomplished by sending elite reinforcements to a full-strength unit. There wasn't any way to do it from deployment as I recall...needed to be done after deployment on your main map.
