I saw a hilarious reply by someone to appeal a ban with 12/10 BM. They just SPAMed F*ck and sh*t and JaGeX accepted it. It was legit too.

Yeah, as Steven said, from what I have heard the Jagex appeal system is on automatic response to pretty much everything since they started getting spammed with "Bring back the wildy" stuff. It really is quite poor that they're shutting out genuine appeals that should get their attention just because they don't want to face the chaos that they brought upon themselves.

They should have a filter system if it has the world wildy in it or such it sends an auto response if not it goes through another filter and such. If it passes those it goes to a staff member.

I was going to suggest this, but I doubt they are actually able to do this and even if they were able they wouldn't do it because they would rather give everybody an auto reply then have some people get replies and others not because people would start complaining about why their message was ignored.

There's a reason why I rarely get on RS anymore, and this is one of them. Get some players to read responses if they're that swamped... Perhaps Player mods would bother with this, because I'm sure that they'd be happy to do some of them.

lol i had the same thing happen to me exept it was a 1 day mute and it was from a miss spelling but i never got any denial so im asuming that it went through

No it means they never received it and you still got the black mark. I have three permanent ones due to their idiotic proof system. It was back before they had it somehow I got a three day ban for something I never did. I believe it was cursing or scamming. Was f2p at the time also.
