codebreaker for Odin's sphere/manhunt 2

For some odd reason when I got to the codebreakers site and try and log on, they say that my Email address has been banned. I have tried several different ones(Ihave a few). Anyway if anyone can get on and post the codes would appreciate it. I tried the Odins Sphere codes someone posted but when a boss does a lot of damage to you, you can no longer hit them. Anyway if anyone can give me the codes from the site I would appreciate it.
