Gameshark Broandband question

I don't want to waste blank CDs so I'm asking you guys for help.

I heard that you can use GS broadband to upload game saves. I have a sharkport but no one saves their files in that format anymore (Everybody uses ARMAX now).

I think theres a way where you can burn the save to a CD and upload the save from the CD to the memory card. Problem is the only format I can see is ARMAX.

So three questions.
1. Can you burn a save to the disk and transfer the save via GS broadband
2. Can GS Broadband understand ARMax files
3. If 1 and 2 answers are no can you convert a ARMax save to a Sharkport save.
