Walrein will laugh at fire with the right setup.
Seriously, I got my ass kicked by one once. My opponent then had the gall to pull the "WALLrein" pun out. Boy, was that a low point in my battling career. ![]() Tyranitar in a hail team is counterproductive. Why bother setting up the hail when you've got a pokemon that'll make it go away anyway? Froslass will counter the possibility of your opponent using a Fighting-type attack to SE the ice types. Water/Ice hybrids will do the same against Fire types. Steel type attacks aren't common so that's not much of an issue. If you do use a non-Ice type such as Forretress (though putting it into a fire-weak team is probably not a great idea), Leftovers would help nullify the hail damage. Breloom + Toxic Orb + Poison Heal would give Breloom the equivalent of Leftovers without Hail damage, though it'll have to be careful and not show up against a pokemon that has an Ice attack. Lastly, Clefable + Magic Guard also nullifies Hail damage (among other things), so take that into consideration as well, though Clefable shares the Fighting-type weakness as most other ice types. |

Haphazard, since it's a Hail team, I'd think you'd want to use Hail in at least a couple of those movesets. The only thing on your team that will make it hail is Abomasnow's ability, and that won't cut it on a team that's based around that weather condition.

If you wanted to make a Hail team, I'd probably try to have 3 Ice types and 3 Pokemon to counter your weaknesses. I'd also try to think of a good way to take out Tyranitar and Hippowdon, since those will be your biggest enemies.

Packing Focus Punch on Abomasnow and Brick break on Weavile seems like a good start for countering Ttar. You'll also want a Rock, Fighting, and/or Fire resist. Perhaps Heatran, Dusknoir, and Heracross?

A flying type attack or two will help to counter Heracross. Makes Aerial Ace on Weavile definitely worth consideration. And yes, fighting type attacks to handle the Ttar.
