For the first question: In what respect?

Second question: The area of Victory Road after you get the National Dex, or transfer from RSEFRLG

seconed question: to add more detail to what cheese said, as soon as you reach the foggy area of the new bit keep walking right until you reach a lake. Use surf and keep going right, you will see a pokeball. It contains the Leftovers. Then leave the way you came, use an escape rope, use teleport whatever.

The only other way to one is by catching a wild Munchlax. They wont always have one though.

First question: Whats the rest of you party.

1st Question:
It's all really based on your party.
If a Tank is required then use one.
Same with a wall.

2nd Question:
Shur'tugal and Cheese Warrior have already answered.

Elvolve electubzz by making it hald the electerizer and trading it. You get the electirizer on wild eleikid which are found at vally windworks if you have FR in your GBA slot in your DS

In Victory road remember that fat guy who wouldent let you pass before its in there.

Dragonite@Expert Belt/Choice Specs
Adamant nature

Dragon Claw/Outrage
Fire Punch
Thunder Punch
Dragon Dance-if using specs/Earthquake-if using Expert belt

Hope I helped

We can't really tell you which pokemon to use. It is really up to you. Also, I believe you meant Dragon Dance if you're using Expert Belt, not Choice Specs, because it would be useless if it is the only move you can use. Also, Choice Specs would be useless on a physical Dragonite, so I think you meant Choice Band.

Pretty much. You'd have to give the whole rest of the team (moves and stuff as well).

The Expert Belt may be found on route 221 near Pal Park. It is in a building in the most northern part of the route. You just need to show the old man a certain level pokemon, and he will give you one of three things, including an Expert Belt. Just show him the right level pokemon as often as you can and you will obtain one. Hope I'm not too confusing

Impish would be better for Scizor, but Adamant would be better anyway. Jolly if you're using Scyther.
