It is pure awesome, I've used it to outlast Blissey on more than one occasion. It has won me several games both on Wifi and on Shoddy.

Other special walls I can think of are Bronzong and Cresselia, though those two are actually mixed walls. Regice is another good special wall.

Uxie is very underrated as a wall, and it works as a nice utility Pokemon too.

If you want to take hits and do nothing else, Mantine shrugs off any Special attack not called Thunderbolt.

Regice and Registeel are good walls that can actually do something besides take hits. Regice is Special-oriented while Registeel walls both ends of the spectrum equally.

Cress has already been mentioned, as had Bronzong.

Hippowdon is an excellent physical wall that can take physical hits from everything bar Gyarados and Slack Off the damage. Donphan does the same to a lesser extent, but has Rapid Spin. Speaking of Rapid Spin, Forretress isn't all that bad a physical wall, either, although Taunt shuts it down.

Although the pokemon already metioned are better, Empoleon isn't half bad as a wall.

Steelix is an excellent Physical wall but does to pretty much any Special attack.

Suicune is a special wall, through she's incredibley overused.
If used properly, I believe Shuckle can be a handy physical wall.

Weezing and Forretress are solid walls, and Forretress can be used for Rapid Spin as well...useful in many battles.

Milotic is not a "wall", per se, nor is Suicune a special wall or overused. Milotic, Slowbro, Suicune, Swampert, some variations of Gyarados, and to an extend some variations of Starmie, are generally known as "bulky waters", and are more used to defend from physical attacks than from special attacks due to the somewhat lack of physical weaknesses. They are also the most common switch-in to almost any given Fire type. However, since the physical/special changes and the huge offensive threats in D/P, they aren't as common as they were and now need to use 252 HP / 252 Def and a +Def nature if they want to survive. Each of them has their own strong points: Milotic, Starmie and Slowbro get 50% recovery moves (Recover and Slack Off), Suicune and Slowbro get Calm Mind, Swampert gets awesome typing, Milotic gets Marvel Scale, Suicune gets beastly defensive stats and Roar, Gyarados gets Taunt, Intimidate, high Attack, and Dragon Dance, Starmie gets Rapid Spin and a large combination of attacks that will down many physical sweepers plus high speed. Of course, in Diamond and Pearl only Gyarados can stand up to the beast that is Choice Band Heracross, and even then only if it doesn't use Stone Edge.

Togekiss is frequently underrated as a special wall. I used it with a fair degree of success on ShoddyBattle for a while with the moveset Aura Sphere, Air Slash, Nasty Plot, and Roost. The general tactic is to get one or two Nasty Plots under your belt while Roosting off any damage, then start hitting things. Nasty Plot means it can actually sweep as well as just defend. Not many special moves do more than 50% to Togekiss other than STABed Electric and Ice attacks, so it can Roost off the damage and if it's faster lose its weakness to said attacks at the same time, and given the right EVs it can also withstand some powerful physical attacks. With paralysis and burn support it can be a formidable weapon. However, the weakness to Stealth Rock bites a bit, and if you ever happen to see the odd Zapdos it will ruin the set.
