in the island with the battle place you have to get to stark mountain but their is people either side that wont let you past.ihave gone every where in alll the houses and i fought in the battle tower but they wont let me through

you have to get the national dex by seeing (catching is optional) all of sinnoh's base pokemon. Then recieve if from thr professor.

No, he meant you have to see all Pokémon of Sinnoh region. You must fill your Sinnoh Dex with Pokémon sprites, in other words.

65 is Driftloon. Go to the Vally Windworks on a Friday to get it.

146 is Uxie go to the lake cave-the one near snowpoint city [I forgot its name]

no you don't just slap honey on it. you will have to wait about 12 hours for it to work. The tree will shake when theres a pokemon in it.

ok thanks but im havin a problem with catchin uxie i used about 60 different types of balls but i cant catch it

First, use a Quick Ball before you do anything else. Then, try a bunch of Dusk Balls, and Ultra Balls. Once you have used all of the balls you have, use a Timer Ball.

Use quick ball straight away. If that doesn't work weaken it till its in the red zone then throw ultra/dusk balls.

have a high leveled pachirisu or any pokemon who learnes the move superfang
after about 3 hits a dusk ball will catch it

u don't need to slap honey on the tree to get driftloon, it appears in front of windworks beside the sign, on fridays.
