i just heard of this game recently and read that it was free so i think it's okay to talk about downloading stuff for it. if not, sorry. i'm looking to find more characters for the game. i downloaded a version called "all characters battle zero" but it definitely does not have all the characters...namely homer simpson nor peter griffin. anyone know of a place to find more characters or the best version of this game?

I used to play around with Mugen alot back when Elecbyte was still supporting it but since lost interest a long time ago due to the awful community and the overabundance of crappy characters so I don't really know that many good sources like I used to (which would probably just end up as broken links even if I did remember anyhow).

As far as finding a different version of Mugen I would recommend you just start from scratch with just Mugen itself so you don't have to sort out a bunch of...what basically amounts to crap: http://unofficial-winmugen.jpn.org/

For characters, stages, backgrounds, lifebars, hitsparks and whatever I would recommend: http://www2.mugen-infantry.net/

I recommend you check out any Mugen forums as well on how to insert your own screenpacks, music, lifebars, and hitsparks as well if you don't already know how.

Edit: ..and I don't know how Gamewinners' feels about it (so if my post is fit to be moderated then that's fine) but yes as far as I know it's all legal.

hey- I notice that nearly all of the character lists have JoJo characters in them (Hol Horse, Joseph, Jotaro).

I actually recommend going to YouTube for tutorials on how to install character into Mugen. Also I've heard the EVE pack is good since it has a ton of character slots. I also have a whole ton of links to Mugen characters (including a site with "evil" "angelic" or "demonic" characters only) so if you want those just PM me.
