Actually, I just took a guess. I have no idea what the game is, and the size of the pic just makes it harder to know.
I also noticed that the name of the character(it says on top left corner) is Jack, so yes, it is not Nemo.

Ahah, I would have thought gforce to snatch that one. I used it too much lately(one of my fav games). On another note, nemothedreammaster is my pb account name, people even guessed Little Nemo in the Sega forum!
