What DLC/Expansions Do You Want To See?
It's inevitable that Skyrim will offer some sort of DLC in the future. While nothing has officially been announced, we can dream, right?
GameInformer had an article that offered these ideas: Quote:
What are some of your thoughts?

I'd like to see something along the scale and diversity of "Shivering Isles"... something a little bit more out of the ordinary, but maybe a bit better integrated into Skyrim than the Shivering Isles were.
I don't have all of the homes yet, so maybe this is an option somewhere, but I'd love a house with a massive armory display, including stands for all of the dragon masks and spots for all of the daedric artifacts. Also, I'd love some horse armor. |

And that's why I prefer PC. We get mods. Although finding a quality non-stupid mod that doesn't unbalance or "break" the game can be tedious.
Add arrow-crafting and functional Grain-mills (powdered mammoth tusk?) to that list. I've seen horse tweeks and horse armour; that could work. I just don't care for the horses. Also join/wipe out the Thalmor? ~Nimroded~ Those are two of the most popular mods there, Hobo. |

1> Rebuilding Helgen
2> expanding the ranks of the Blades* possibly turning Helgen into an "active duty" barrack for your Blade army... *you can expand the Ranks of the Blades if you try to run the Thalmor out of Skyrim; conversely, you can lead the attack on the Blades if you decide to side with Thalmor. on Xplay, some guy from Bethseda said they didn't just want to add more dungeons-- so it may be along hte lines of the Shivering Isles... |

I want this stuff in the next expansion, ESPECIALLY the levellers tower.

TARDIS!
That is nice. Too nice in fact. All it needs now is to be movable. I'm thinking of it sprouting Dwarven spider legs and crawling across the landscape.

I've been told you'll be able to visit other parts of Tamriel like Morrowind. I guess the DLC will allow you to visit each of the continents you've previously visited. Also I've been told about dragon mounts...and if that is true then :3

Actual link with a picture and stuff.
http://www.bethblog.com/2012/05/01/dawnguard/ Reading that quote from Gamespot describing the picture reminds me an awful lot of the type of crap gossip magazines write to describe what someones wearing in a picture you can clearly see. Its like no sh*t his eyes are illuminated. Maybe its just me but I kinda get the feeling Skyrim isn't going to see a lot of official DLC. But then again they did make a ton of DLC for Fallout 3 so who knows. |

Bethseda has a hit-or-miss record with DLC:
Oblivion- *Knights of the Nine: worst DLC ever. *Shivering Isles: Sheogorrath= autowin. *Player houses: good. i really love the Castle near Chorrol. **Haven't played the Observatory in the wizards college. Fallout 3: *Point Lookout/Operation Anchorage: both good. *Broken Steel: since it's a 'story-continuation' DLC it was good for what it was. *the Pitt/Mothership Zeta: eh, not as good as the aforementioned two... Fallout New Vegas: *Dead Money: Good DLC, though lackluster. best loot- Stealth suit, 36 Gold Bars, Assault Rifle... *Honest Hearts: too much effort for very little reward. best thing: unaffiliated Desert Ranger armor ![]() *Old World Blues: haven't played it yet. heard it was best of the lot. *Lonesome Road: haven't played it; heard it was another unsatisfying DLC. that said, we'll have to wait to see what other DLC follows. i heard somewhere that they [Bethseda] didn't just want to add more dungeons and whatnot but give us another part of the Skyrim experience... we'll have to wait and see what it's about-- and what other DLC will follow. |
