This makes no sense because:

Hemorrhoids are NORMAL structures that EVERYONE has in their anal canal. I assume you're talking about the pathological condition in which a hemorrhoid becomes inflamed and painful, of which can be classified as internal and external hemorrhoids which admittedly do look like some mushrooms/fungus. Although, it should be noted that inflamed hemorrhoids are not caused by infection, bacterial nor fungal.
