I didn't play Homefront. I did, however, play Duke Nukem Forever, while not being a completely terrible game, it could have turned out a whole lot better than it did. There were numerous poor gameplay choices that deviated from the classic Duke Nukem formula.

From what I understand, once you look past all the hype of Homefront it wasn't a bad game... just an incomplete one.

Homefront.

As awful as Duke Nukem Forever was, everyone knew it was going to be crap and (barring those in la-la-land) knew it wouldn't be the huge success that some had giddily predicted.

Despite everyone predicting how bad Duke would be, it still deserves this award hands down. Homefront wasn't that bad.
