How do you record wow gameplay?

I see alot of people recording themselves playing wow and doing raids and such How do you do that? What program do you need?

Personally, I used Screen Recording Suite to help me record video games.

I think the FRAPS free version only has FPS display or only 30 seconds of recording or some sort of limitation. But it's really good and the only program I know of that doesn't sunder my FPS while recording at all. One issue, if you want good quality video, the filesize is HUGE! So make sure you've got space to store it all.
