Missing pokemon from dex

After an extensive search, I managed to find all but two of these now: #151 and #152
can someone tell me where to find them?

Assuming you're using the Sinnoh pokedex, those two are manaphy and rotom respectively. Manaphy you have to trade for or migrate from Ranger. Rotom you can find in the haunted mansion in Eterna Forest. It's in the television on the second floor, I think.

I didn't have to trade for it last time. I think somewhere you see a picture of it or something...

According to a guide on GameFAQs you can see it in a book at Mr Backalot's house. I don't have Platinum, though, so I can't confirm that information.
