I need to know where to find them or battle them. 162 is lickitung's evolution and 187 is rhyhorn's evolution.

Teach Lickitung Rollout (L33) and have it gain a level, and it will evolve into Lickilicky. Attach a Protector to Rhydon and trade it (and trade back) to evolve it into a Rhyperior.
