Freak friendly fire incidents

Played L4D last night for the first time in ages, so thought I would make a thread about it.

I was playing Death Toll on expert (The Town, specifically) with two decent players and one, well, rubbish and very naive player. I had the hunting rifle which was actually turning to be quite effective with one auto shotgun and two assault rifles with the other members of the team.

Unfortunately we knew luck wasn't with us when we reached one point where we were looking for a smoker. I had my back against a far wall and had spotted the smoke coming out of a doorway. I zoomed in with my rifle and waited for his head to pop out. Unluckily, two of my team mates (the two decent ones) had also seen the smoke and were heading in that direction. The smoker pops is head out, and I take the shot, simultaneously taking out the smoker and both of the other players in a freak triple head shot. Then a horde came, and we died. At least they saw the funny side.

Freak triple head shot, you say? That Is funny. I've never seen anything like that happen. People get in between rifle and target often, of course, but I've never seen it go through them with success. Though killing them too might not conventionally be considered a success, I'd count it.

I haven't had that caliber FF incidents, but during one versus game with a steam buddy and his buddies, in No Mercy, throughout the whole campain my buddy ended up incapping me a total of 8~10, all accidents. My total number was 14 at the end of the campaign. At first it was pretty funny before it started getting pretty annoying of him to constantly shoot me. <.<

I did get back at him a few times. Twice I purposely aimed and shot him just as we got into the safe house, leaving him as hunter chow right outside the door.

I was on PC with some friends. I think it was Act 2 of Blood Harvest and I was a smoker waiting downstairs, waiting behind the upper part of the air conditioner. So when 3 survivors walked out through the window, I waited for zoey to come out last, and I dragged her hoping to make her fall and get more damage.

Instead of that happening, zoey get's dragged THROUGH the air. Only to get next to me by the machine. I almost killed her, she had 1 life left... of incap.

I've incapped teammates that jump in front of me during versus. Pump shotty can do about 15 damage at close range.

Me and my friend were playing Blood Harvest on Expert with 2 bots to see if we could we get to the end and the apc is near us. My friend thought it would be a good idea to throw a pipebomb in the apc I was body blocked by zombies and the tank killed us. It was a creative betrayal though!
