Arceaus

I was watching this YouTube video of someone who actually captured an Arceaus, and I noticed that Arceaus resides ontop of Spear Pillar. To get to it you had to have a special item. Do to the fact that it was the japanese version of Platinum I couldn't read what the item was. Does anyone know what the item is and how I can get it?

The item is the Azure Flute. You can only get it via WiFi during a period when Nintendo are giving it away or by going to special Nintendo events. Any such events will be posted in the stickied Events thread at the top of this forum when we hear about them (note: please do not post in this thread asking if anyone has heard of an event, it will be posted if we do). There is no way to get the Azure Flute just by playing the game, so I would forget about it for now if I were you, unless you have a cheat cartridge or something.
