Right, Zio's given me permission to take over the forum. I'd like to thank him for the work he put into GCW. It was fun while it lasted. Similarly with Dean and WPW.

Now, though, we need to move forward. I'm no Dean, Zio, Joe or Vash, but I do have something that they don't. I want this to be a team effort. There is no doubt that they had the talent to pull off running a fed by themselves, as they have proven by doing so in the past, but the problem is that if one person goes inactive due to whatever reasons then that is the fed dead. I want to eliminate that problem.

I want a team of dedicated results writers who will be willing to write every week. Now, I know that people have vacations and ****. That is fine. I’m not expecting 24/7 dedication, but I am expecting a level of commitment. If you say that you can write one week then I want you to write. Take your laptop to the theatre if you need, Josh. Results will be shortish. Not two lines and a winner, but not essays either. CWA had a decent length. Half a page or so size 12 on Microsoft Word is fine. We’re gonna have a focus on we’ll write what we can handle. If we can only fit in six matches and one card a week then I’m afraid that is how it will have to be. No second show to accommodate people’s third wrestlers getting a match. It would also be good if you, in turn, only took on what you could handle. If you can’t handle five characters (as in, if you aren’t Jay) then don’t create all of them as your primary characters will inevitably suffer.

So yeah, I don’t care if you think that you can write one match a week or five and a main event. If you have the commitment to write then you are welcome aboard. I also don’t care if you think that your writing is poor. Everybody has to start somewhere and quality will improve with confidence and experience. I will be there to read over and make sure that things make sense. We want a good atmosphere with people having fun and working as a team.

Now, of course, if results writing isn’t for you then don’t worry. We want thriving divisions and great competition, so we will welcome whichever character or characters that you want to use. I’ll always be here to listen to storylines and hopefully improve as a fed head with your advice. I’m hoping that you will always feel that you can talk to me.

So, basically, there are the plans. Initially this thread will be for discussion, suggestions and throwing your name forward as a results writer. Everybody who wants a chance will get one.

If you don’t want to post here then feel free to shoot me a PM discussing anything or asking for my MSN, which a lot of you already have.

Let’s get GW e-fedding back on track, guys!

Whoa. Uh, I'm glad to see someone has such enthusiasm for getting things restarted here, but I kind of would have appreciated being in on this before it was thrown out there.

Either way, like I said, I am glad to see someone's interested in getting things back on track, so...yeah. Wish I had time to dedicate to writing results, but I don't. I'll continue to participate though, of course.

My bad, man.

Glad to see you'll continue to participate, though!

I have more than enough free time to help out with results

Not a big deal, I just like to be kept in the loop. :D

I'm putting your name in brackets, AJ, as I always forget that is you.

I'm good to help out with 1 or 2 matches a week. It's nice to see that this is actually moving forward.

I'll join the staff for now. Not sure about who I wanna bring in or what not.

I'm probably gonna be clocking out for now. I'll probably swing back in with just one of my guys sometime soon, but for the time being I'll be taking a break.

September 4th, 2009, 02:01 PM
Alright, man. You'll always be welcome back.

I might keep Shine in... I'm not sure of the time I have currently and how long I want to continue before I retire. I want to go out with a bang.

But yeah, I'll need to talk to X about what he wants to do for our feud, but it's likely that Rohan and Halcon will be leaving.

I really do wish you the best of luck. I've tried to work with different people, and it's always resulted in disaster. It takes a completely different level of commitment to be a good e-fed runner than it does to be a good e-fedder, so it's not an insult at anybody; it's just a totally different ballgame, and it's one I'm not interested in playing right now...

Andy is more than competent; my main concern is that everyone is as dedicated as they claim they are, are able to do things in a timely manner while maintaining quality, and that everybody can work together and share a vision.

Well, knowing you we can expect a new finely-tuned character that will blow all competition out of the water at some point. :D

I don't have the time to write any kind of results. I'll bring a character into whatever fed pops up, but probably just one. I was getting bored with some of my guys though so I'll have to think up a good gimmick before that happens.

Andy, first of all, you're my dude. Congrats on getting the green light from Zio.

There is no way that I could help you staff-wise, but there is a possibility that I'll join the new venture when it opens up... And yeah, Dean and I will discuss some **** on MSN in regards to Rohan-Halcon, and since you're the only fedhead around, we'll likely share some of our ideas. This feud MUST finish.

Congrats once again.

Agreed. The feud must finish. It will be great to have you RP'ing.

Dan... not so great... nah, I'm joking, of course. :D It will be interesting to see what the hell kind of crazy character you come up with next lol.

I'm always looking to bring around my characters to any e-fed, and I would be willing to write results here and there, but I am not experienced at all in that department.

Well, since I had no feuds going on, I'm not sure if I'll be back just yet.

Sorry, but after joining multiple e-feds, I am done.

This constant flare up of different e-feds has gotten out of hand about as bad as mafia games at this point. Best of luck, but I am done.

Bud, I don't think anybody would know what to do with a fed that lasted... heh, I'll be gracious and say 9 solid months. I don't think there has been a fed in years that has run a weekly show, with monthly PPVs consecutively that long in years.

I think the most excited I'd ever been about the e-feds was TCWF, and then Dean's little Trent Eden shows. Those were some cool and epic times, but I'm sure others have their own versions.

Well, we're just trying to sort a few things out then we should be good to go. Requests should hopefully be up within the week.

*raises hand*

CWA ran solid with two weekly shows and monthly PPVs consecutively for right at nine months, if not a little longer. Just not all here--it started off-site.

You're in luck... One of those two things might be coming back!

There's no point in rushing into this. I would rather everything be really well prepared and all the pieces in place before attempting to salvage the e-feds; it's not like there have been a lot of late shows with plenty of activity; the last few shows have lacked activity (both in GCW and the indy events, like Dan Dunn's).

Yeah, I'm actually involved with the GCW project and I will get some more work done on my Indy event real soon, just so everyone's aware. Labor Day weekend was officially the end of summer season so things will tone down just a little bit, hopefully.
