cant find happiny

hey, i only have one pokemon that i need to find before i get the national dex. i need to find happiny. I have tried to breed other pokemon with chancey but it always turns out being the other pokemon. if any of you know where there is a trainer who has it or where i can find it please let me know.:bashhead::bashhead::bashhead:

by the way i saw that you could get an egg 4 this pokemon in hearthhome where do i get it from

There is a man at the south of Hearthome who will give it to you. Just talk to all of the people around the south untill you find the right person.

More correctly the man you're looking for is standing near the exit that leads to...Solaceon Town...I believe.

There are two Pokémon Breeders (a male and a female) that have it on the route above Solaceon Town. The female is the last trainer before the house near where the Psyduck were, a little bit outside the tall grass.
