Does anyone have a shiny tips other than pokéradar and random looking? I would greatly appreciate it.

The only (legitimate) way of increasing your chances of getting a shiny Pokémon is to chain using the Pokéradar. If anyone else tells you something else it's false. Heheh, Simon just proved that struckthrough part wrong. xD

Is the international and U.S. pokemon in the Day-Care false, then?

Yes it is. You can use a method that abuses the RNG from the game meaning you will always get a shiny if you do the steps correctly.
