Team???

im new to the competetive battling so i decided to try it so here is my though on pokemon for my first team

Torterra
scizor
magnezone
camerupt
umbreon
electivire

so tell many any good movesets and items for these

First off, what are their current movesets?

Torterra- Leaf Storm/Wood Hammer, Synthesis, Crunch, Earthquake.

Scizor- Iron Head, Swords Dance, X-Scissor, Aerial Ace.

Magnezone- Zap Cannon, Thunder Wave, Magnet Rise, Magnet Bomb.

Camerupt- Rock Slide/Stone Edge, Earthquake, Lava Plume/Eruption, Amnesia.

Umbreon- Moonlight, Psychic, Dark Pulse, Hyper Beam/Confuse Ray.

Electivire- Thunderpunch/bolt, Brick Break, Swift, Giga Impact.

Items: Blackglasses, Sharp Beak, (Steel or Electric Enhancer), (Rock Enhancer), Twisted Spoon, (Fight Enhancer).

Use the Recharge moves in tight spots.

Don't use Hyper Beam or Giga Impact. Choose Wood Hammer, not Leaf Storm. Use Thunderbolt instead of Zap Cannon. Magnet Bomb isn't that good of an attack. A much better moveset for Electivire is Thunder Punch/bolt, Ice Punch, Earthquake, Cross Chop. Those hold items aren't very good. Use hold items like Leftovers, Life Orb, and the Choice items.

For Scizor use Bullet Punch, superpower, quick attack and u-turn. give it a choice band.

Torterra if you want more offensive, which it looks like you do use wood hammer, crunch, earthquake, rockslide.

Magnezone is okay except thunderbolt over zap cannon and um flash cannon i guess over magnet bomb.

Umbreon go with a very defensive set. Substitute, toxic, wish, payback or something.
Bulbas set for electivire is the best your going to get. If you do get hiddenpowers though give hidden power (Ice) to magnezone and hidden power (grass) to electivire with the moveset crosschop, hiddenpower grass, flame thrower and thunderbolt.

Wouldn't Ice Punch and Earthquake be better than Hidden Power Grass and Flamethrower?

not necessarily. you get alot of surprise factor with those too. Think of many of electivires counters? Metagross, Bronzong, Magnezone, and Celebi. Flamethrower will hit them incredibly hard along with Forretress and Scizor. HP Grass hits Rhyperior and Swampert both who are usual switchins on physical electivire.

well im having trouble trying to get the hidden power to grass

You can't change the type of Hidden Power on an individual pokémon. Meaning, it is stuck with whatever type it currently has. (bar hacking) The type of a pokémon's Hidden Power is determined by its IVs. (which cannot be changed)

If you really want HP Grass on Electivire, you'll have to keep breeding it until you get an Elekid that's HP type is grass, then evolve it. If your playing Platinum talk to the guy in the coin exchange place in Veilstone City with Blond hair that will tell you what type the move Hidden Power will be if your pokémon were to learn it. If not, you'll have to use the process of elimination by battling wild pokémon with the move Hidden Power and try to figure out what type it is.

ok im gonna try to get hp grass but if i can can anyone help me by trading me an eletivire with it

It is in the interest of your sanity not to attempt to get a good Hidden Power of any type on any Pokémon, in addition to desirable IVs and nature. Unless you have a very very large amount of time on your hands which you can spend breeding endlessly, that is. If you can't get Hidden Power Grass, just go with Earthquake or Ice Punch imo.
