Team rating?

I have a Ghost and Dark team, and I'm thinking about entering one of those competitions, here they are:

Umbreon: Dark Pulse, Moonlight, Hyper Beam, Iron Tail.

Froslass: Blizzard, Psychic, Destiney Bond, Shadow Ball.

Metagross: Zen Headbutt, Hammer Arm, Meteor Mash, Hyper Beam.

Spiritomb: Dark Pulse, Silver Wind, Psychic, Shadow Sneak.

Duskclops: Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Shadow Punch.

Infernape: Blast Burn, Punishment, Shadow Claw, Close Combat.

Items (in order): Steel Plate, Odd Incense, Amulet Coin/King's Rock, Silverpowder, Reaper Cloth, King's Rock.

They're all at level 100, but Dusclops is still being raised and is at level 50.

But anyways, when does Dusclops evolve?

You've already got Reaper Cloth attached to Dusclops, so you just need to trade it (and trade back) for it to evolve.

Just by looking at your team, I can tell you this much: Don't use Hyper Beam on anything, Ice Beam is better than Blizzard, there's a lot of better choices than Punishment, and Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Flare Blitz are all better than Blast Burn.

Oh yeah, you need better hold items, too. Do you have Leftovers or a Life Orb?

I don't have either of those items.
I noticed Froslass has a better attack,
how about Ice Punch?

What would be better substitutes
for Punishment and the Hyper Beams?

Frosslass should not have a better attack, unless you pumped evs into its attack and it has a -sp.atk nature.

Yeah, I think I did, I wanted a Glalie originally, so I maxed Snorunts attack. Then I saw it was able to evolve with a Dawn Stone so I evolved it.

My Froslass' stats are:

HP: 185
Attack: 157
Defense: 133
Sp. Attack: 140
Sp. Defense: 121
Speed: 212

Nature: Jolly. Capable of taking hits. Prefers sweet food.

replace hyper beam on umbreon for like wish or you can go for toxic to psn your foes

Is wish a breeding move? Or a tutor thing for shards?
What would be a good replacement on Metagross?

It is an egg move.

For metagross you can run Bullet punch as a relpacement but run other moves over hammer arm and zen headbut. Something like explosion and ,abey thunderpunch.
