So, I'm planning on EV training my Kingdra. I hatched a Modest Horsea and Exp. Share trained it up to level 32 and evolved it into Kingdra.

My question is, did it get the EV's from raising the level that way? I only really battled trainers and no wild pokemon, i remember reading somewhere that you only get EV's from wild pokemon and not a trainers pokemon.

Also, if anybody could help me out and trade me a Kelpsy Berry, Hondew Berry, and Tomato Berry to lower the effort points just in case.

You get EVs from battling any pokemon (except Battle Tower/Frontier/multiplayer battles and stuff), so Kingdra would have received EVs from those battles.

Just a tip, if you don't have enough of those berries you can do three things;

1. Plant them and wait a couple of days for them to grow.

2. Use the berry finder app on your pokétech and pick all the berries in Sinnoh and hope that you get one of each of what you require.

3. Talk to the berry master everyday on the route left of Hearthome city. He will give you a different berry everyday.

And as Cyto said, if a pokémon gains experience except from what he listed it will gain EVs. For tips and good locations on EV training, see the stickied thread at the top of the forum marked "D/P FAQ: Read this or you will be dynamic punched"

As has been said, yes it will have got the EVs. If you read somewhere that you gain EVs from battling wild Pokémon only then your source is wrong. In fact, if you look in the stickied topic that Shur'tugal referred to, it suggests battling the same trainers over and over to get EVs.

Okay thanks everyone. I've been looking for thé berries and i think i've round t'hem ail except for the speed reducing one.
Does anybody know where i can find it, or maybe trade me one.
