Its not bad for an ingame team and you should be fine aginst the 8th leader and the e four. Just rememebr to get your type matching right and for the e-four rememeber to use revies and potions and the like.

Bite isn't that great for Absol when Shadow Claw has the same type coverage (Both Ghost and Dark type attacks are strong against Psychic and Ghost types). I'd teach it Stone Edge instead, especially if it has the Super Luck ability.

For Gyarados, get rid of Surf, and teach it Waterfall. Gyarados's much higher physical attack power actually makes Waterfall stronger than Surf.

Espeon has much higher special attack power, so I'd teach it Shadow Ball or Grass Knot instead of Bite or Quick Attack (but don't replace Quick Attack with Shadow Ball - see Absol).

Dig isn't that great on Espeon either, but at least it's better than Tackle or Quick Attack.

I'd have kept Synthesis on Torterra, since it already has Razor Leaf. While you're at the Move Tutor, also replace Razor Leaf with Wood Hammer.

Don't use Hyper Beam on Gyarados (or anything else). Even Giga Impact would've been better due to Gyarados's much higher attack power. It would've been better to keep Bite, although the best option would be Earthquake.

Why did you use a special attack like Future Sight on Absol? I still recommend Stone Edge. You should've kept Shadow Claw instead of teaching it Sucker Punch. Shadow Claw is a lot more reliable for just 10 less base damage, plus it takes advantage of the Super Luck ability if your Absol has it. Make sure you replace Sucker Punch (or Shadow Claw) with Night Slash with it reaches L52.

Bulbasaurus Rex, with regards to Bite being not good when you have Shadow Claw, don't forget than Absol gets 1.5x power on Bite due to STAB, giving it effectively 90 base power. Same for Sucker Punch, making it effectively 120 base power.

Yeah, I guess Bite would be better than Shadow Claw, even with the Super Luck ability, but I still don't like the unpredictable nature of Sucker Punch. Well, the problem is solved anyway if he replaces Sucker Punch with Night Slash at L52.
