Um, yah. I need help with the Platinum Elite four :( I need to know what the right team to use to beat them?

Pretty much anything will work aslong as they are around 50s. Bring revives and full heals and potions to make it easyer. Heal up after battles and save before battles so you can redo them.

Also, make sure that you have a well balanced team (type and move wise). That way you don't run in with a bunch of fighting types and get owned by Lucian. Here's just your basics:
1) Fire (Rapidash, Infernape)
2) Water (Floatzel, Gyarados)
3) Electric (Raichu, Luxray... b/c it's not competitive play, he's okay)
4) Flying (Staraptor)
5) Whatever legendary it is that you catch in Platinum (I don't own the game yet, so I'm not sure)
6) Whatever you feel like (I beat the E4 in Diamond with 5 Pokemon plus my HM slave, Lv. 28 Bibarel).

Make sure that you have a few moves on those Pokemon that can counter Dragon and Psychic types (you'll need it for Lucian and Cynthia). Try Ice Beam, Ice Fang, Crunch, etc. and as long as they are around Lv. 50 (like SS said) you'll be fine. Try higher levels if you want it a little bit easier.

Steel Wing, Drill Peck, Hydro Cannon, Surf
Roserade
Shadow Ball, Giga drain, Sweet scent, Magical Leaf
Froslass
Shadow Ball, Blizzard, Ice Punch, crunch
Giratina
Ominous wind, Earth power, dragon claw, Shadow force
Houndoom
Faint Attack, Flamethrower, Crunch, Fire Fang
