In snowpoint temple the pokemon at the bottom is it regigigas and if so how do you catch it?

Yeah, it's Regigigas. How to catch it depends which version you're playing. On Diamond/Pearl you need to transfer the other Regis over via Pal Park. On Platinum I forget exactly, but I think it's an event.

you still need all 3 regis to attempt to catch regigas in platinum. however, there is an event from one of the movies i think that gives you a level 1 regigas. i think this regigas has a different ability. with this rehigas, you can find all the 3 regis in sinnoh. (i could be wrong)

With the event you get a level 100 Regigigas holding a berry. You could only get it from Toys R Us.

If you have the event Regigigas in your party, you can catch all three Regi's. Regice is in Mt. Coronet, Registeel is in iron island, and Regirock is located on the route with a constant sandstorm(I Forget it's name). All three Regi's will be in special caverns that are not in Diamond/Pearl and will be at level 30.
