Secret Entrance to Wayward Cave?

Ok it was just on this site in which I saw that there was a secret entrance to Wayward cave under the Cycling bridge. However I am having trouble finding it. Do I need a National Dex to get into it or am I not looking properly?

You probably not looking in the correct place. In fact, you cannot even see the entrance as it is covered by the bridge.
If you go to where the visible entrance is, go west below the bridge. Once you are under the bridge, step as far north as you possibly can and move along that wall (west) until you find the entrance just above you. If I remember correctly, it is under the left half of the bridge, so that may narrow your search.
No, you do not need the National Dex.

If I remember correctly you need to use the strongth of 10,000 snorelax strength to get in, but I could be wrong.

You are only partially correct, Sir Simon. You can get into the cave without Strength, however it is required to use Strength to move more than one pace in any direction.

Unless you're playing Platinum, in which you can get in without Strength.

To get into it more specifically, from the square in front of the visible entrance, go:

1 step right
8 steps down
12 steps left
5 steps up

What are the benefits, if any, for using this secret entrance?

You get a couple items, most importantly, TM26- Earthquake.

You can also catch gibles there, I dont think you can get them from normal entrance.

Gible can be caught in the basement floor of the "secret" part. This is the only place in Sinnoh you can get them. There are also a few valuable items in there including TM26. If I recall correctly, in Pokémon Diamond/Pearl (Platinum might be different), you need Flash to see the boulders where you enter properly, Strength to get to the stairs to the basement, and Rock Smash to get everything in the basement. Oh, and your bike, but I'd assume you have that with you at all times.
