The 3 Golems in Platinum.

Serebii and Bulbapedia are unclear about this, is the event Regigigas required to get the three golems in Platinum or will the standard Regigigas suffice?

It should be noted that this thread was bumped by LocoSwift, so any attempts to answer the original question are a bit futile.
