I was just wondering if anyone had a good moveset in mind for the following Pokemon. When I do movesets myself, I tend to go for strictly attacks with no support whatsoever and I would like to change that. Here are the pokemon in question:

Dragonite, Ampharos, Tyranitar, Slaking, Aggron, Salamence, Metagross and Garchomp.

For the record, Garchomp is classified as an Uber and can't be used in standard play. Nevertheless, I will include movesets for him.

Also, I have never used Ampharos, Slaking and Aggron before so I won't offer movesets however, recommend sets can be found in the smogon analysis page. (See below)

Salamence out-classes Dragonite in everyway offensive wise. Therefore, it is better to use a support dragonite; (NOTE: Bolded moves go together)

Dragonite@Light Clay/Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 216 SpD / 44 Spe
Calm Nature
- Light Screen/Heal Bell
- Thunder wave/Toxic
- Roost
- Dragon Pulse

For Tyranitar. A Choice Band set is ideal for most situations;

Tyranitar@Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252Stk / 252HP / 6Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake/Pursuit

For Salamence, the Dragon Dance set is popular (and arguabely the most effective)

Salamence@Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252Atk / 252Spe / 6HP
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Spe)
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Roost

For Metagross, it really depends on how you want to use it. Good movesets can be found here for metagross.

You can view the analysis page of the other pokémon that you wanted sets for by replacing metagross' name in the link above with the name of the pokemon whos analysis you wish to view.

Hope this helps.

I noticed for natures for Tyranitar and Salamence you have Adamant for both. Adamant raises Attack and lowers Special Attack, right? How come you have different stats next to it? I'm just trying to full understand this. Also, what do you mean by Support Dragonite? Does Heal Bell go with Leftovers?

By support Dragonite he means a non-offensive one. He's saying there's no point using both an offensive Dragonite and an offensive Salamence on the same team because Salamence can usually use any offensive set better than Dragonite. And yeah, Heal Bell goes with Leftovers, Light Clay goes with Light Screen.

Adament does raise attack and lower Sp.Attack. The stats next to it are the evs. Ev's or effort values are added when ever you figth a pokemon. Different pokemon give a different amount of evs in each stat. For every four evs that a pokemon gains in a certain stat, it will gain one more point in said stat. You can have a total of 510 evs, and at most 255 in each stat.
He has different evs for different pokemon to play to the individual pokemons strengths. For instance, Tyranitar is not very fast so instead of boosting his speed, you can boost his HP to play off of his natural bulkyness.
