NES Top Loader reset button...

Hey, I just got a NES Top Loader and everything works perfectly...except for the reset button. Does anyone know a way in which I can fix this problem or should I just return it? Thanks.

The reset button doesn't work?

If it is possible for you, I would easily say you should just exchange it. No use in doing something that might void whatever warranty you might have.
