u know how carbos and protien promotes stat growth but wat if i dont give them that and start ev training w/o them....will that pokemon have its max stats cuz im in the process of training a garchomp and its lvl 31 and its stats for it are lower then its hp i just need 2 know if i gotta start again for the max stats that i want on it

They only provide 10 evs(provide that that stat isn't over 100 ev or you havn't already use 10 in that stat or they won't work). If you don't use them and still max the ev it won't make a difference.

so wat ur saying is even tho i didnt give them there protein or carbos they will still get that max stat??

Yes. Protien, Carbos, etc. are just used to EV train more quickly.

I'm finding it difficult to understand exactly what you're asking here, so I'll try a sort of blanket response and hope I give the information you're looking for somewhere.

Carbos, Protein etc give 10 EVs to the stat they correspond to, in exactly the same way as defeating 10 Magikarp gives you 10 EVs in Speed. You cannot use more than 10 of any one vitamin on the same Pokémon. You cannot use more than 50 vitamins in total on the same Pokémon. You cannot exceed the normal limitations on EVs using vitamins (i.e. 255 for one stat, 510 in total).

Regarding what you said about HP, HP is not calculated in the same way as other stats. With no EVs, if your base HP is similar to another stat, HP will usually be higher.
