i need alot of help here

im all the way on the last gym leader and that's it i am now able to use the skill rock clime but do not have the skill
every pokemon i have is about lvl 45 and i defeated that in veilstone city and one more thing i need to do is get the skill rock clime! i dont know where you get it i just don't have it so if you can help please do!

Go to route 217, something happens there that gives you rock climb, not sure what, Its ages since i got it so i cant really remeber.

HM Rock Climb can be found lying on the floor on Route 217 if I remember correctly.
