What would be a good moveset for Gliscor? I am playing Platnimum and I am currently trying to catch one. :D

for In game?
I would say something along the lines of Roost, earthquake, x-scizzor, stoneedge or something along those lines.
For competitive ness it depends on what you need you could go baton passer, bulky statupper, or just traight up wall.

That's a good moveset, although you may want to consider Aerial Ace or the Elemental Fangs.
For the ability, I'd choose Hyper Cutter.

Okay, thanks guys. Oh and my gligar has hyper cutter as it's ability. So when would be the best time to evolve it? While I am at it what about a moveset for Houndour/houndoom, Leafeon and Glaceon?

Houndour-Flamethrower, darkpulse, um nastyplot and shadowball? Besides the first two the rest is pretty much just filler. If it learns cut or something teach it that.
Glaceon-shadowball, icebeam, signal beam filler. Ther really isnt much else good it can learn.
Leafeon-Swords dance xscizzor leafblade aerial ace.

The setsfor Gliscor arefine.
If you were going to do in-game, I'd suggest Hail/Blizzard/Shadow Ball/Signal Beam for Glaceon. If you get a Bright Powder, use that with this moveset since it aids with Snow Cloak's ability to evade in Hail.
If you go with a move like Wish (if you can teach or learn it, or wanna breed it to Eevee), then use that as a Filler in Simon's Glaceon set.

In competitive, you can use:
Swords Dance
Roost/Baton Pass
Earthquake
Ice Fang/Stone Edge
