and another popular Prydz single was "Call On Me," which topped the UK singles chart back in 2004, and included a sample of "Valerie," a song by solo artist and former Blind Faith member Steve Winwood.

(Note - David Gilmour ALMOST ended up putting arguably his most recognizable work - Comfortably Numb, on his first solo disc, but it was finished too late to make the record, so he brought it to the band, where it made its place on "The Wall.")

David Gilmour's last studio disc, released in 2006, featured numerous guest artists, including David Crosby and Graham Nash, who shared vocals on the single "On An Island."
