Im trying to calculate how much ive spent on video games my whole life. Where can I find like the cost of games and systems at their release? Or if you happen to know the answers. . .
Snes, Gameboy, Gameboy color, GameBoy advance, Gameboy SP, Nintendo DS, N64, Sega Genesis (the handheld), and Playstation.

I know for example the Saturn was 400 and the PSX was 300 and the Dreamcast was 200 originally...I know games for the PSX were 40, the N64 games were around 50 (although some could be a lot more) and I think Genesis and SNES games were pretty close to that price too since cartridges were pretty expensive.

My SNES was around about a hundred AUD back in 1995.

I remember buying Zelda 1 in early 90s for $10 US. It was a "Classic" version, similar to today's "Greatest Hits" games, so I don't know if that differs from other games.
I also bought my PlayStation for $100.

Well the ps1 started at 300 but did eventually make it to 100, which is how much I paid when I bought mine
