I'm looking for some metal/hard rock that incorporates orchestral sounds and instruments(piano, violin, etc.) any suggestions?
Also, any fast paced orchestra music anyone can recommend?

Some bands you may want to give a listen to are, Nightwish, After Forever, Epica, Forever Slave, Tristania, Sirenia, Tarja Turunen, Elis, Lacuna Coil, Midnattsol, Leaves' Eyes, Within Temptation, The Dreamside, Coronatus, Delain. Thats all I can think of right now, I'm post more if I think some.
Edit: Some more to consider, Stream of Passion, Trail of Tears, Xandria, Krypteria, Edenbridge, Nemesea, Mortal Love, Amberian Dawn, Asrai, Battlelore, Angtoria.
Another one to consider is Avantasia.

i'd highly recommend Kamelot - Ghost Opera. sounds like just the thing you're after.
you've probably heard it, but there's always S&M by Metallica as well.

Septic Flesh use a lot of orchestral samples, definitely recommended. I would also try Solefald or Ulver's later work.

I second Nightwish... I'm not too familiar with their new sound, but the latter albums featuring Tarja, their old vocallist, they had a very orchestral sound.

Apocalyptica are pretty awesome and should fit the bill. Though for the most part it's just music and no lyrics.

Powerslave beat me to S&M. But there is also Dimmu Borgir. Dunno if that's heavier than what you were looking for.

First band that comes to my mind who hasn't been mentioned yet is Tantric, although I've only heard a couple of there songs so I'm not sure how often they include other instruments that aren't from the typical rock/metal band.
As for a specific song of there's, you should check out "Down and Out" Violin starts right off the bat.

the second Tantric album has a lot of violin work, first one not as much. mainly because a lot of of line-up changes [a new member plays the electric viloin]...
check out a song called "Perfect Self" by Stereomud
