I really loved the Ratchet & Clank series boss battles. I thought they were creative and the bosses were funny and interesting.
I absolutely hated the battle (I don't remember the name) in Halo 1. I think it was Halo 1 anyway. I remember being frustrated and from that point on swearing that FPS's should not have bosses.
