PROBLEMS WITH ATARI PADDLE CONTROLLERS!!

Hey there everyone,

I am :bashhead:VERY:bashhead: :bashhead:frustrated:bashhead: with the atari 2600 paddle controllers. WHY??? Because I've gone through 3 good sets of the damned things and NONE of them work!!!:bawl: Could it be the game that I'm trying to play? The games Ive been trying to use them on are Video Olympics and Warlords...could my games be defective somehow? The fire button works whenever I want to start a new game but the paddle doesn't respond at all. I've tried using each paddle in both controller ports and nothing happens, PLEASE HELP!!

i had to take apart some of my joysticks and clean them, when i got my first atari 2600 last year. if i was you i'd look in a phone book for Vacs and videos (if you have one nearby.) they sell and repair old game systems. i love that place. thats where i buy all my retro games.
