Well, I just got this game second hand and started playing. I can't figure out how to get custom suites to appear in multiplayer though. I go to custom at the main menu, and set up a character, then go to multiplayer and I can change between human and com, and the com level, but when I go to custom left and right doesn't work. Anyone remember how to do this?

While I'm posting, I have noticed especially with Bomberman (but some of the other games) that they sometimes don't start when I turn the 64 on. I need to turn it off, take them out, and blow them several times before they will work. Is this a common problem? And is there an easier solution than blowing them and trying until they work? It can take ages and is a bit frustrating.

Cheers

Edit: I figured out the Bomberman question myself, thats ok now.

It normally has to do with oxidation and corrosion of the pin points of the N64 games. So your best bet is to clean them. I use cotton swabs and windex to clean them (do NOT use alcohol) and that works wonders for mine. You might also want to clean the inside pin connection on the N64 itself but this requires an actual cleaning kit or really really knowing what you are doing. Don't try the cotton swabs on the inside of the console BAD things will happen. But if you catch it kinda early on the game itself the inside will prob not be in too bad of shape anyway. But if you must clean the inside of the N64 your best bet is to use a cleaning kit you can prob find on ebay or something. Good luck hope this helps!
