UGE (Universal Game Editor)

Hello ppl,

I downloaded some cheat files for and old (but classic) game
ROTH (realms of the haunting)

But these files come in an .MDL format to which I need an app
called Universal Game Editor.

I've searched all the net for it, but haven't been able to find it.
Anyone got any ideas of where I can acquire this old app?
