What is this show called?

It's an old show... I think it used to be on toonami. It was about all these people who lived inside a computer, and every time the user tried to play a game, those people would have to win the game, otherwise parts of their city would get destroyed. I think the main characters name was Bob, and later in the show Bob dissapeared, and when the other people (I think they were brother and sister) went looking for him, they found another guy who looked JUST like bob, but it wasn't, ect, ect.

I know that doesn't make much sense, but if you could help me out, that would be great.

I think the show you are looking for is called Reboot. I remember it coming on cartoon network for a while but not much else about the show.
