Alone Again
~Cali Uruya woke up from a dream of her past of when she lived on The Estate and her family was alive and smiling and they fished together and played games together. She remembered a time when she rode her horse, Luri around her mom when she was teaching her how to lunge. But that was before the fire engulfed her home and family. She had managed to save Luri but Luri had recently been stolen or lost when she entered this town.
Cali didn't really know where she was but she didn't really care, she was trying to make it to her mother's friend's house before she was caught by someone in authority and sent to an orphanage like the one she ran away from.
Cali stretched and rolled her shoulders as she sat up from the bench in the park she had stayed in, the sun was just rising. good. Cali thought, she wanted to get going before anyone was awake.
She got up and grabbed her bag and headed out of the park. All of a sudden someone stepped out from behind a grove of trees and Cali stopped in her tracks, able to see her breath in the cool morning air.~
