What berries give the best and highest lvl to evolve a Feebas? Thanks

Wiki or Pamtre are your best bet.

I say go with Wiki. I tried using all Pamtre and I was short by a lot on my Feebas. That's because Pamtre berries also level up cuteness (I think). So I say try Wiki first, and if that doesn't work, go with Wiki.
